30-Days Hassle Free Returns

We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return the item to us.

Please note that returns are subject to a return fee. This fee varies per country, and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Alouro Return Policy 

Is something not right? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll get it straightened out for you.

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to return it to us. Alouro does not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.
  • The item(s) must be unworn. Keep it free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is made.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
